Which schedule should I pick?
Every other week suits most homes. Go weekly if you have kids, pets or a full house; monthly works well for smaller homes that stay fairly tidy on their own. Not sure? Tell us about your place and we’ll tell you honestly which one makes sense.
Can I change or pause my schedule?
Yes. Life happens — travel, holidays, a month that’s tighter than usual. Just let us know and we’ll adjust or pause it.
Do you do one-time cleanings?
Yes. Move-out cleans, kitchens and bedrooms can all be booked on their own, with no recurring commitment.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many clients arrange access and come back to a finished home. Whatever you prefer, just tell us when we set the appointment.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive with our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you’d rather we use a specific product you keep at home, leave it out and let us know.
